I was on beech ward. If you did anything the staff considered naughty. They would lock you in a small room on the top floor. Called a side room it was like a prison cell with a mattress on the floor with no bedding

It was called The all star comedy show and was briefly on itv. Featured vic and bob, steve coogan, neil morressy, leslie ash, ricky tomlinson to name a few. Less than a year later a one off show called Monkey Trousers was also similar. Never seen it repeated

do you have the actual vhs you recorded these on and you are just re recording them with a camera pointed at the tv? you could have the vhs digitized if you still have them

@fasick yes i have the vhs in the attic and it was pointed at the tv. At the time i wasn't aware it would become a popular clip. Thanks for the suggestion

I don't think it was released on dvd with extras like that. This was recorded straight off tv onto vhs ,long time ago. 📼📺 sorry I cannot help more 🙂
