I got mine a week ago. Ive already put over 100miles on it. I need to add a second battery as I use this to commute to work 8.5 miles one way on pavement. It's a journey with multiple long steep hills and this thing hauls my fatass (270lbs) very well. On even the steepest hill on my ride I can maintain 26mph while peddling in top gear sitting down on PAS 5 (max.) Suspension is good but rear shock could be stronger for my weight. I make the trip in 25-27min depending on wind and traffic lights. I definitely need to add a second battery as I use the AWD and max peddle assist; by the time I'm at work the battery reads 25%, after shutdown, a 10min rest, then restart the battery will say 50%. It wont make it the whole ride home without a charge though as the battery isnt really at 50% once under load. At max payload which is what I and my little gym bag of clothes, charger, etc on max peddle assist, I'd guestimate a true range of 15 miles on one charge. I know using 1 motor and less PAS would greatly increase that significantly but I'm riding in the street in 45mph zones and bike lanes are non existent for most of the ride, a third of it has a large hazard shoulder that I cruise in. I have to get off the line at stop lights/signs fast and keep up with traffic as best as possible when im sharing a lane of traffic. Hopefully as I lose weight ill be using less peddle assist and be less of a burden on the bike. I added Tannus Tire Armor inserts with 26x3 Specialized inner tubes with metal Schrader stems. To go with that I upgraded the tires to a more heavy duty 30tpi, steel reinforced beads, and a tread design with much more dense, taller tread blocks than the flimsy tires that came on it. I'm super happy with my choice, and that I've found a knew hobby that fits me given my career as an auto mechanic. Im looking forward to future mods, repairs and weight loss.

I didn’t get it up to that but I might be a bigger guy someone smaller might get it to go faster and you can go in the settings to change things around buy pushing the plus in minus button at the same time.

When an ebike is making a scraping metal noise and you don't even mention it, speaks volumes about your attention to detail. You should have looked to see what the problem was right off the bat.
@mwreyf12 күн бұрын
You put the handlebars on wrong. The cables should be coming up from the left side of the bike so that they can be secured on the small prong on the back left of the front rack. Just remove the bars and pass them under the frame and back up from the left.

Great video! I'm getting ready for my Ozark Forest trip in July. Do you think this A/C would work? I'm planning to use it with my iKamper-Any tips on the best way to set up the exhaust hose?
@FireandIceOutdoorGear3 күн бұрын
It will absolutely work just remember it will only work for about four hours, but it does come with a plug if you have an external power source, it can run longer for you and if you have a towel or something that could wrap around the hose when you zip it up That would help. I did get some moths in the tent when I had the light on, but it got super cold. Enjoy your trip!

I used Zero Breeze MK2 in mid June in Florida and it was a lifesaver! I put mine on the console and put up my curtains between the front seats and the back in my minivan and I also ran a couple fans during the day but at night time I had to turn them off. By morning my temperature was 69 in my minivan. During the day during the hottest of the day it may have gotten in the mid 80s inside but it did not have all that humidity so it was comfortable. I slept very well! It’s a game changer since I live in South Florida.😄

Hey, so I am about to release my video on my channel for this trike and I TOTALLY FEEL THE SAME WAY! I spent 5 hours putting it together initially and then another 4 hours setting the derailleur that wouldn't work correctly. My wife heard me cussing at the trike for 9 hours in the garage over a few days HAHA. For my video, I tried to be nice but still had to tell the truth. No company should have the customer put together a bike to a trike like that. Especially since these are marketed to the older generation. How in the heck are they going to attach the rear end to the front part of the frame? How are they going to adjust the brakes and gears to get them just right? For the rear wheel nuts, you have to fish the nut out of the cap to tighten correctly and its a pain in the ass. I really hope they make some changes because it could be a really nice trike! Anyways I just came across your video looking for thumbnail ideas and saw your thumbnail and said...I gotta watch this..LOL Great video!

My grandparents were from a different era. I totally respect it. My grandpa fought in WW2 in japan at 16 and lied on his military application cause it was the best option (2nd oldest of 13) my grandma worked since 12. My comments above were sarcasm. Our life is so much easier cause of this generation. Imagine the hardships if this was the better option. This generation used common sense and made do with life and valued family, happiness in life meant something different to them.

It probably traumatized her. It traumatized my mom when she was little. When there were too many barn cats they became a nuisance and would kill the kittens to reduce the population. My mom never got over it.
