all over india asus service centre is a scamming their customers in 2022 I changed a thermal paste but they asus technician broke the GPC fan after few days i realise the fan is not working properly and heavy vibration then i visit to the service centre and the person said to me the fan is a problem i need to replace it .. but after 1.5 i worked with the fan and recently it was complete stop working heavy noise and vibration and again 2024 i went to some other service centre and replaced the fan but again the asus technician gave a broken new fan from asus orginal .. now i am facing little vibration and mild noise .. here after i never gonna buy any asus products.. #asusservice

i bought a laptop Vivobook 16X model no - (M1603QA-MB502WS) on Amazon on 05/11/2023 and I received this laptop on 09/11/2023 when I open the laptop box i found display left side plastic pannel was loose. After that when i turn on the laptop again i found a major problem in this laptop. the backlight of the laptop display was showing. Then I call Amazon customer care he said that unless asus gives DOA certificate till then we cannot do anything, Since 10th November, I have been calling Asus customer care repeatedly to get the DOA certificate, but due to the negligence of Asus, 7 day replacement policy has passed and till today 26th November 2023, I have not received the certificate. And now I don't know Amazon will replace my product or not. Asus Customer Care and Service Center is responsible for all this. And on 14th November I went to Asus service center which is 200 kilometers away from my house. I went there and an Asus officer said 7-day replacement of the product cannot be done here. He said that you leave your laptop our service center and come tomorrow evening and see what can happen. I didn't have money to stay in the hotel, so I returned home. Although I had requested those officers a lot to help me. I did not get any help from there. However, it is mentioned on Amazon that there is a 7 day replacement policy on ASUS service centre.
