I know this is a old video. How fast are you wearing it the flat face connectors. There's lots of side pressure on them. I wish the hoses came out other side of machine to relax hoses more. Mine are a constant battle

I watched the first video "Maintenance free design" and then this one "ZeroClutch maintenance" Gotta love marketing! That being said, it looks like a great unit! I'd love to get more information on the BVR16 and 19. Any videos coming out on those units?

Yes Les, it is hard to believe, but the Morbark ZeroClutch requires no daily maintenance! The only maintenance required are your daily inspections and when needed, replacement of the wear pads. Stay tuned for more information coming soon on the BVR16 & 19 model chippers, who feature similar technology as the BVR10 &13 clutch systems.

Love the rayco but a 150 D and a bobcat 870 with a cooler straight plumed no couplers is a beast too run mine 3-5 days a week and never have any issues other than regular maintenance!

It's Babbitt. It's usually a mix of tin, lead, & antimony, sometimes with copper, and sometimes without lead. It's to support the sharpened/reshaped chipper knife in the chipper so you can sharpen them and remount them instead of needing to buy new chipper knives every time a set wears down, or relying on a mount with adjustability that can easily get thrown out of alignment.
