I believe that that the frist 5 seconds are the Most important... "all of us... Dream save us..." sounds like a prayer of some kind... I don't know if dreams in general are maent or Luffys dream in particular that we still do not know...

That makes a lot of sense! From a purely lyrical sense, it could be the dreams of the Buccaneers who've been waiting on Nika for generations upon generations. They'd have reason to pray about it, to shout out something like "dream save us". That said, I wasn't really looking to do a lyrical analysis unless there were things that stood out in relation to the opening itself, and that prayer/chanting didn't have anything like that. There's so much to the lyrics in reality that it could be a whole other video, and would probably be quite a bit longer than this one, and with this being the first of what I plan to be several videos on a myriad of topics, I didn't want to get too ambitious with it. I'm also worried about the entertainment value something like that would have. I know there's interest but if I were to do it, I'd rather get some more video creation under my belt before I try. Translating from different languages isn't easy either, and some things can be translated multiple ways, into multiple different things and, as with all literature, can be read in many ways. There's some meaning meant but unless we get it directly from Kohei Tanaka. As an example, the wiki has the first verse ending with "But one thing shines after the legend is revealed" while the (what I assume are) official subtitles in that same scene are "But first we need to make a shining legend of ourselves". While the few lyrical references I did include were from the official-ish subs, the wiki's definition isn't much different.
