Hi Kat. I love your KZbin channel. I currently sell on eBay. I'm wanting to ramp up my business so that I can eventually retire from my full time job. I currently have just over 600 listings on ebay. I would like to expand to other selling avenues and have been exploring list perfectly. If I use LP will I be able to pull my current listings on ebay over to poshmark or mercari without having to make a whole new listing?

The video requirement is totally unnecessary. I know six resellers who won’t use the platform because this step is a requirement. Mostly their reason is that they already have pictures and the lot is already packaged to ship quickly, so it’s not worth the time to unpack it all just to take a video. And my reason is that my ADHD is worse than Dave’s, so adding this new step will spiral me out of control into the land of learning how to add another step to the process that has taken me ten years to perfect. To hear that it’s required just because CP thinks it’s cool is very frustrating.

Liked seeing that the lucite grapes sold well. I picked up 3 large bunches, as well as lots of loose lucite & glass individual grapes, in a wire and rush basket at a yardsale ~ for $3.00! I was getting tired of selling crap so I started searching down what I knew would sell online only a few weeks ago and it’s already working better for me. I’m planning on working up to higher dollar items myself. Like you said you have to spend money to make money. I’m glad to see that. I’m on the right track. Also, you’re awesome. I had to look up the definition for ‘Lot’. I assumed lots were pre-assembled such as a group/crate/box of many items they are selling for one price. But you are looking at individual items and creating your own lot? If you were to purchase one item or 50 items from the same auction, it’s considered a lot?… if it is under the lot category?

Kat you are an inspiration & you are so generous with your knowledge & you have been through a lot your story will help others not feel alone in that situation. I started re selling stuff around my house to eventually downsize to move. We only sell on Facebook Marketplace we live close to a big city that helps. I don't drive & didn't want to burden my husband with my business but he now is reselling too. I remembered how scared I was to start but so proud of myself that we started & I have sold for 3 years later its a great side hustle the live auctions never came back but we buy online sometimes & on maxsold its like indoor house sales. Hey Kat, thanks for another great sale video. I have a question, I am a newbie. If you have multiples of the same item that are exactly the same I understand that I can list them as multiples to give the buyer the option of buying more than one. My questions is, does this "cheapen" the item? Meaning, if the buyer sees that I have more than one of an item, it's not that "unique" and the buyer may not want to pay the price I have given the item. I deal more in ephemera and paper items that are more unique. I have been selling these items that I have multiples of one at a time and after it sells and is delivered, I will list the next one. I am rethinking this concept and would love your thoughts on this. I hope I explained it so you can understand what I am asking, it's difficult to do that in this medium. Love your channel!

Maybe some people don't realize that there is a coupon code. I personally had no idea that Amazon had discount coupons until my daughter showed me about a year ago, and it was right there in front of my face the whole time. Some people just aren't pro shoppers, I'm not. 😂

We started out reselling on eBay 3 years ago. It’s still more of a hobby at this point, but it definitely has helped supplement bills at times. Our biggest problem is organizing and not allowing our inventory to take over the house! 😅 Well, that and the kids like to beg to keep all the cool stuff. 😆
