This Model of this Ambulance is what I see in Hong Kong. The road is similar to Johnston Road, Wanchai of Hong Kong.

Sure this a Whelen ws295. I have one of those siren units. Sound can different slightly depending on brand of speaker used.

Turned out to be a total lemon they sold it to Cheshire and they eventually turned it into a major rescue unit. Complete shed nobody likes them.
