It's hard to believe that all of the right side of the road embankment and half of the highway right before that first tunnel @ 13:48 was washed away by that river flooding after Helene. Amazing. SMH.

I do erosion control and drive big trucks on slopes all the time now. The first couple of times I was sure I was gonna flip. Especially in hydroseeders.

My first thought was don't EVER show any of your under age children on youtube!! No way no how would I ever show my kids under any circumstances on youtube, especially if you have any type of following. That's just me.. As the owner of a successful tattoo studio, I learned that if you are in any way shape or form, even in a smaller city, that you never show your kids or say their names... Again maybe it was just my own experience with two relatively young daughters that showing them and what they look like and what their names are I unintentionally opened them up to being one of three things. People pretending to be their friends, people wanting to get close because of their own selfish wants, and those who have horrible intentions.. Yes I have dealt with all three of those scenarios... Unfortunately in today's age of social media, it's no longer the van offering free ice cream and candy. There are opportunistic vultures out there on every level and in every class of society.. I wrestled hard with what being successful brought upon my children and them having to deal with something they should have never had to at their ages.. Just saying my friend. Keep it limited to just you.. especially if you have any level of success.. You will be doing your entire family a favor..

I really love how you broke this down. I have envied this job my entire life. Unfortunate for me I ended up in the aviation profession, but still very much would love to do this job. I am in the military now, so I totally get the teamwork, make decisions, think fast and so forth. Fits my skillset well. My biggest question that was not covered, how much truck driving experience did you have prior to this and what type of endorsements are needed on your CDL to land a job like this? Thank you for the videos.

Thanks for the video, I live about half way between Darlington and Rockingham and have been in both track many times working the fire and EMS crews but really love the hauler perspective you gave us. You are right a lot of behind the scenes work goes on that most never see to make a race happen and the hauler drivers are part of that group that make it happen.

So sorry to hear that you are not doing any more videos. I totally understand, but watching your videos it allows me to see more tracks that I would never see. Our closest track here in California doesn't exist anymore, they have totally torn it down. I'm talking about California Speedway. Our next closest track would be Las Vegas Speedway (we prefer ovals). But now with our health problems and lack of funds, we can't go there either that's why I so enjoyed your videos.
