If you’re eating under 2500 cal for the day, you’re not binge eating 😂 especially if you like you have a low body fat percentage. Binge eating is like 6k,8k 10,000 cal in one day. I think people throw the word binge eating around too loosely. If anything you’ve been in a calorie deficit all week so your body is making up for those lost calories by eating a little bit more but if you’re not overweight or consuming 8000 cal in one day you’re not binge eating. You don’t know true binge eating. When you just ate a full course meal at a restaurant and your stomach is fully extended and on the way home you have a craving for fast food so you buy that eat that and now your stomach is bloated. And you feel disgusted with yourself. That’s Benji, adding too much maple syrup in your porridge and having an extra bag of chips is not binging eating. 😂😂
