I think what is happening here is that people are getting annoyed that you are normalising it and saying that “its just an arm” when even “just an arm is not allowed to be shown”. I think it would be better if you was to acknowledge that what you are doing is fundamentally wrong and that one day hopefully you will become more modest. But to normalise a sin is not good, it just makes other people seem like it’s no big deal to show their skin when actually it’s is haram

I spoke with my husband about the fact that he needs to teach his boys that women are not declaring their availability for anything that (men)want at any moment simply because they are showing any amount of skin whether they’re at a beach and they are topless or they are walking down the street and wearing a normal business suit where their calves are out and their shape is vaguely discernible. If they are wearing shorts at the mall or a tank top it’s because that’s what’s comfortable to them not because it’s sending a message to random men. I’ve made a few comments about how it’s interesting that men who dress in Western clothes expect women who are Muslim to wear their religion like a sign to the whole world when it doesn’t actually offer them any safety, but rather makes them a target in many communities. Their own piety doesn’t require them to wear a sign around their neck telling everybody that they’re Muslim but yet that’s what they expect of women. I may have some feelings about this . I also have feelings about people who name mosques after themselves by sneakily saying the mother of (mans name) mosque. I’ve heard that one justified culturally and fine it’s cultural, but Im really enjoy seeing it when people break that particular cultural habit, which I have seen several times and I quite appreciate.

Hi Dina, come back to jesus christ. I was an exmuslim and I left the religion because I knew it wasn't the truth. God never answered me when I was a muslim. It was only until after I left islam that I started having experiences with God and Jesus. Jesus took all of my problems away. You taking off the hijab is a good thing because Islam is a violent religion. The English translation of the Quran is so violent if you read it.
