Yes, good. But I would solve that by an even easier way. The nominator is clearly 9 power to 27 by adding the exponents (9+9+9). The denominator is 3 times 9 power to 9. 3 can be changed immediately to 9 power to 1/2. By adding the exponents we get 19/2 in the denominator. By subtracting the exponent of the denominator from the exponent of the nominator we get the result (54/2 minus 19/2 is 35/2).
