My husband Dieter played banjo before being turned to balalaika by a Don Cossacks' son. You are opening a mystery box. "Our" Jeff had indeed a capital F in his name but I never knew what it stood for. If he had played banjo, I might have gotten to know in the years I knew him. We might be looking at a Doppelgänger situation.

That ain't no bass guitar, dear, but a bass balalaika. The balalaika is like a violin, several sizes make an orchestra.
