WOW! This is one of the BEST layout modular houses i've ever seen, i'd buy it, not as a cabin but as my house/home. I'm handicapped and need to move into a 1 story house and having everything on 1 floor would be so much easier. Pocket doors are the best, when you use a walker or wheelchair every inch in a door frame counts. It also allows you to put furniture against the wall where an opened door use to be. I would want a 2 bedroom home, just in case one of my kids came home to visit or if ever they needed to move back home for a bit, so having the bedroom up a ladder and out of the way would be perfect. This way it maximizes the living area on the main floor. The house would be easier for me to maintain because the square footage is less than my current 4 level home. 1-1/2 bathrooms, seriously, that's awesome. I can't believe that they've found a way to have everything you want and need in only 763 sq. ft. Dishwasher, fridge, stove, washer and dryer, i'm just floored. I live in Canada, I wonder if they make or ship them here or in other U.S. State, like Florida, Arizona or Texas? My husband will be 65 in 2 years, trying to figure out where we will live in retirement. I thought it would be a lot cheaper to live, if we bought one of these in Canada and another in the U.S, for 4-6 months during the winter, somewhere it's hot throughout the winter without snow. I'm really impressed with this modular house.

Only thing i dont like about these cabins is the electric box in the living room. Why not put it in the hallway. And the hoteater heater, put it in the bathroom, or by the washer dryer😊

Let’s see hum, two long ones together with two short ones. Take out all those to the floor windows, build it on top of a full basement; make it four season (very well insulated) no slindding doors. This way certain areas could be made larger and more comfortable. Just my idea.

$150,000 is not affordable. It's insane for what you get.

I dont think it's a bad price. You are forgetting this is custom made with very specific needs. Not to my specifications but if I wanted something custom, I wouldn't mind the price.

To me this is a tiny home. It's nice, I could live there. The smaller 200-400 sq ft tiny homes are a no-go for me.

I do believe that you have to have GFCI outlets within six feet of where water is present to prevent any electrical shocks. This house doesn’t have them hence they are not up to code. And for that much money, I’d buy a mobile home first.

Big disappointment, this home's master closet is tiny, and why oh why do they not use double detached sinks in the master bath And the kitchen, why don't they have some separation from the living room? It's like a studio apartment

Does the customer have to buy their own appliances or are they willing to offer a appliance package with the customer build?

This is basically The Triumph with 4 beds, 2 batg plus reverse floor plan. Perfect for me. Utilities are where they woukd hookup in my current property. I wander if these are sold in KY?

Last summer i bought a 40 x12 shed that had been repoed . They had already had all electricity run and working and nice flooring in half of it. No sheetrock or anything else . Looked brand new . I bought it for $8200,00 plus taxes . The way this shed company sold it to me was , no credit check, $250.00 down and I make payments of $ 384.00 a month ..a four year contract which if I stretch it out that long I will have paid $19,000. For it . I belive its a contract for deed , and a no penalty early pay off fee. I have no idea what state that tiny home manufacturing company is in , but I live in east tx ,45 minutes east of Dallas , and I would never ever even consider paying that amount of money for what you're getting ! I totally agree with the many comments that you could have a real house on some land for that amount of money ! I'm keeping mine as my she shed just how it is !
