My son and I were fortunate to make it to Cong before Cowboy passed, he showed us the road he built , told us some great stories about himself, my grandfather and the rest of my relatives and even invited us to Danaghers for some pints. RIP uncle Jack.

Growing up my whole life just about a half mile away from goleen, in ballydevlin, we always waited for the postman to come down, it was a very special thing and we always ran outside to meet him. The Sheehan's are amazing people, and we still know their family to this day!❤

I've browsed Ireland's missing persons website countless times over the years and these have always been my main takeaways 1. A lot of these cases could be solved with the right combination of modern technology and some good old-school black & white common sense, something we are renowned for worldwide. 2. The guards are generally PhD level useless when it comes to these cases. They in fact cause more distress to the families of these people with their empty promises and appalling communication skills. They are callously selective when it comes to prioritizing some cases over others and it's another reason why we've seen no progress in most of them. 3. I think it is unfeasible to conclude that all of these people are deceased. Noel Clarence Hardy who went missing in the late 60's was located after 30 years, he wanted to be left alone which was his right.....but the point is he was found. He has since passed but his family must've got some relief after all those years. I don't see how that can't be a reality for other families in the near future with an even happier ending.

Arguably the strangest disappearance was of Trevor Deely, who vanished walking down Haddington Road , Dublin, 8th December 2000 at a Christmas 🎄 party. It was during the Celtic Tiger, a time of unbridled optimism, 🎉party time , and just to vanish into a puff of air
