Hi. Thank you for sharing your week-by-week review of the Milan Institute Mastery course - it has been very helpful for me as I’m considering taking the course. One question - do you think the course provides enough information on how to market your art (separate from building a website) so that you’re able to work as a full time artist and make an income?

Waterbrush will not exploded or leak when not filled with water (fill it when you get there) and you can even bring it in your handbag with you. In an airplain you could even fill it with the water you get to drink.

This is a great video. You're a very effective teacher. I'm just starting out on this process to create short videos for a new website. I clicked on "Music" and there were 3 voicemail messages there. I was able to delete the content, but not the names of the audios. I have no idea how these got there. All three are from my brother who passed away last year from Agent Orange-related cancer. If they were "emotionally neutral", I wouldn't bother. Sorry that this is a sad way to reach out to you. Thanks, Claudia
@PocketDreamsCo2 ай бұрын
Thanks Claudia. I’m not sure how they got there either, but I’m so glad you have them!! I’m so sorry to hear about your brother’s passing and do t feel bad about mentioning them. Life does indeed have some really tough days/months/years, and grief takes time to heal. I pray your heart will be stronger and can fix onto the good memories made with him.❤️

I’m a HUGE Kipling fan too and as a mum to a toddler I’ve been using city backpack medium. I’ve been eyeing the Seouls, 15” L and S and torn! Unfortunately there are no physical shops where I live… wish I could see before buying… Any chance you’d upload yourself wearing each on for sizing?

Would the Seoul small with these dimensions 15.9D x 25.4W x 34.9H centimeters fit a Stanley cup or maybe some shcoool books and. A laptop pls reply also do u recommend getting the signature emb or shimmerin spot for a 14 year old please help
@PocketDreamsCo2 ай бұрын
Sorry I didn’t see this earlier! For schoolbooks I would say that my large Seoul backpack is large enough to fit about 2-3 normal sized textbooks (not the huge thick kind but the 2 cm thick kind) plus a few folders, but if I would need to carry 3 ring binders then I would switch to a larger volume backpack like an LL Bean. I hope this helps! The Seoul backpack is really well made, though and works for a homework day of a few subjects- not for 7 textbooks 🤣.

I wish there was a way to permanently delete a portion of the clip in the timeline. Because trimming keeps the video when using some transitions the portions still show through sigh. Thanks though, this was helpful
@PocketDreamsCo2 ай бұрын
For a workaround you can slice/cut before and after the section you don’t want, and then hit delete, but I’m guessing you’ve tried this. I don’t tend to use many transitions as you do run into some issues.

Could one of the Kipling experts please tell me whether a 15.6 inch laptop will fit into Kipling Seoul Large?
@PocketDreamsCo2 ай бұрын
That’s a good question! I hope someone knows! I know they state they can carry a 15” laptop, but since I don’t have a laptop- just an iPad, I’m not sure how snug the fit would be near the top zipper. The backpack does seem nice and wide so I think the edges would be fine, but some laptops are thick and others are thin.

I know! I’ve made so many music mistakes when I began my channel, but since I moved my Final Cut files I can no longer edit them as the software can no longer “find” the files. That’s what I get for trying to tidy up my computer.

Hi, do both of them have a holder for the keys, like a keyband? Normally it's in the large front pocket. The older ones actually still have them, however, it seems that with all the new kipling bags they stopped adding them to the bags. Thanks

The L-doodles were fun and I think I could do a lot more with them if I got into “detail mode.” As it is, I just put down marks “immediately.” Enjoy your art journey and I wish you all the best! May the Lord help you find purpose in your art 🎨.

I hate to say it but yes I’ve been known to scribble stuff down…but I keep my eyes on the road. When I look at my words I have to use a huge does of imagination to interpret them since they are so messy.
@TatjanaMurАй бұрын
I think it depends where people drive, when and at what speed. I guess I would not be scribbling thoughts when driving in a rush hour in Berlin or on the unlimited speed highway in Germany, but I would have no problem scribbling thoughts when driving in a lunch hour on a straight quiet street between two villages at the speed 40 km/h. The chances of endangering anyone in this setting is super small. So, it is not black and white, in my opinion, and therefore it is not very thoughtful to judge someone without knowing the context first.

howcome there's no REC icon on your receiver?
@PocketDreamsCo2 ай бұрын
You only need to push the record on the transmitter and a red light will show “record” on the receiver. This is how you know if you turned it on properly. For making this video I prob didn’t hit it fully, but my mics work properly!

I changed the full disk access. But I am not seeing a recording I did the other week. I see recordings dated TODAY and even 6/29/00. ALWAYS RECORD is set for the Transmitter. Any ideas?
@PocketDreamsCo4 ай бұрын
I’m not sure, but if you record over the 7-8 hour limit it will circle back and record over what is there. Maybe your recording from last week got recorded over. I actually do that a lot now instead of taking time to delete my old files. I get what I need and make sure it’s saved on my external drive and then I proceed with new recordings. I know this prob doesn’t help but I hope you get it figured out.

I used a small gift tin from Walmart and squeezed my tube watercolor paints (mostly Daniel Smith) into empty half-pans, then let them dry overnight. I keep a rubber band around the tin for travel and use the lid as a palette. Hope this helps! I am kind of addicted to making palettes of my favorite color combinations!

@PocketDreamsCo6 ай бұрын
Yay! I’m so excited that you get to start the program- you’re going to love it. There is a Coaching section where you post your work and many coaches are available to post comments on your piece, and you get to join a zoom session weekly with any of the coaches available in your part (the program is divided into 4 parts). They can also comment on your piece and questions are welcomed. It’s one of my favorite parts of the program - meeting other artists from around the world!
