Ok. After fighting with this thing for MONTHS, I think I got it working. The only thing this video doesnt show is that you also need an application control on the same policy (at least thats how I got mine to work). This is WAY too complicated for the price I pay, it should be straight forward and just work (hope you're listening Fortinet).
