It's just a wheelchair motor off ebay $50 I think gear teeth was 17 all sprockets bot at red boar chain fasteners Chain was bot on Amazon #40 chain 12v limit switches $6 a peice if you buy em in sets And linear actuator for throttle 40 dollas on amazon 12v speed controllers were 20 dollars on ebay and they work great to find perfect speed Bigelow woodcraft is where I got the idea from checkout his videos there pretty good

That's outstanding. I like how you made the sub-frame assembly since the mill rails can't take the force of turning the log. Nicely done.
