Yes exactly right. People who can separate the negative behaviors they possess vs them just feeling like a “bad”person can help to change those behaviors because they are perceived as changeable. You aren’t your habits, you’re in control of your habits. If someone feels better about themselves they are more likely to make changes because they have have the confidence to or becuase they feel like they can make the change. I see nothing wrong with how she is phasing that. Some people need to hear they aren’t their flaws and I hope this post reaches them 😊
