You need to shoot these videos in "landscape" mode and not "portrait" mode. Your camera needs to be horizontal so it looks more like we're watching a television or film screen. You can fit so much more of the apartment in the screen. Also please show an exterior shot as well.

That bar area and “office” in the living room were closets originally. At least one likely had a trundle bed. Personally, I would have preferred for them to have remained closets.

Traditionally in L.A., apartments almost never came with appliances. Providing stoves and refrigerators for tenants is a recent thing.

Not sure how I feel about the wooden table in the middle of the living space. Love the space but this video is painful to watch. Out of focus, bad lightning and dizzying.

Such a gorgeous building and apartment, but the paint and decor in this particular apartment are terrible. No offense: It’s 1990s bachelor chic 🤦🏻♀️ The grey is too trendy and cold. If the walls were a lighter, warmer color, the wood and architectural details would shine.

Fascinating but you really need to slow down with the camera and try to understand about how light effects it as it makes you feel totally seasick watching this, which is such a shame and very unprofessional.
