Hey Rodney, I tried to send you an email, but it said it was undeliverable. What is a good way to get in touch?

Thanks! The camera is a Samsung Gear 360 2016 model, which does not have built-in image stabilization.

Been a few years but the punishment that race dishes out sticks with you a long time. That last section of rocks leading to the radio tower is a literal meat grinder. I've never cramped so bad in my life!
@daltonbikeshop3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the rock garden is tough, especially at the end of a long ride!

Sure man! Yeah, that course is a lot of fun. It also has a lot more climbing than most. According to my GPS, I got over 3100' of gain in just under an hour of racing, but the key is carrying your momentum from the short fast descents back up the short punchy climbs.

What cassette would you recommend for this course? 11-25 or 11-28?
@daltonbikeshop7 жыл бұрын
I used a 52/36 11/28 setup.

Jonathan Sierra thanx man. I'm doing the series for the first time next week. All i've ever used in FL is 11-23 lol. I saw your video and had a reality check

Outstanding video. I had to watch it a couple of times to appreciate all the info provided. When you do watch look at the heart rate at the end. I think my heart would have blown up.

Sorry, just now seeing this comment. Yeah, the Speedplay spring broke. They tend to wear thin until they eventually snap.

your wattage looks whacked in some parts. like the first little hill at the beginning. you were under 200W, yet at 177BPM?...sounds fishy. you still using that vibration watt meter thing?
@daltonbikeshop10 жыл бұрын
Hey Eric, yeah I'm still using the chain tension system for power measurement, which is pretty good for average power output. I would like to upgrade to a strain gauge type soon for more accurate instantaneous power measurement.

@DonWinsley Must be a new track in the works. It's the first track in my playlist for his set at the Harmony Festival.
