Great review. Agree with all you said about the Titan. Ive had mine at least 2 years now and the wheel mount has never moved. I opted for using a real Mini Clubman car seat as I have a long standing back issue and wanted a fully adjustable lumbar support.

At the start of a race in F1 does the shifter also act as a clutch, I am currently using the McClaren GT3 wheel with the clutch

Smart move getting the gt3 wheel rim less issues then the newer gt7 rims on fanatec. I also love how so many peoppe think its all plastic the wheel ahha. Guys cf feels like plastic its actuallt fiber glass reinforced. So yes plastic but also fiber glass. Its why its so rigid for so called plastic and why it still feels so quality.

I have question regarding the vertical length of this monitor. Sure its a 34inch but thats from corner to corner. I currently own a 32inch 16:9 aspect ration gaming monitor and I'm looking for something slightly bigger. Does the ultra wide stretch mean that the physical screen size when measure from top to bottom is a lot less real estate? or not so much. Thanks for anyone that can answer.

Might be a dumb question but haven’t found answer yet, is the hub slightly smaller than real size quick release hubs or the same? I have a quick release set up in my car can I just use my everyday wheel for the fanatic cls DD or do I need to purchase one specifically made for fanatic?

But if you use the safety screw the idea of quick release doesn't work anymore, doesn't it? You would have to pull out that screw before changing the wheel. Or did I misunderstood the construction?

I bought one of these second hand yesterday (the F1 wheel with this quick release on it already and also the wheel already attached to the csl base). I was on here trying to see a demonstration of how to detach the wheel from the base but that was the only thing that was not shown lol. At least after reading this i now know i have to take that screw thing out. It was like the guy who sold me it was using it right up until i chapped his door lol. Bringing it out all attached as one unit and the leads and bolts all just scooped up along with it. I'm loving it though, just wasn't sure how to get the wheel off. 👍

So im tired of using this drive hub with a hori mini controller to switch from Xbox to Playstation, and your setup (wheel base and wheel) is exactly what I read would work. Im just curious if I can plug my current logitec pedals and shifter to work with it too.

did you havew the plastic quick release already on the wheel straight out of the box? mine came with 0 quick release system whatsoever. i have a free quick release coming in a seperate package, just wondering if thats the same one or if its an extra one and the wheel is missing an innate quick release. ty

The McLaren GT3 wheel works with PC, Xbox and PS5 (as long as your wheel base has PS5 compatibility)
