Anais is Wand & Orb user, not Staff user so it's impossible to use staff in this test. And if it's the buff, you will see the buff icon on character. Violet is good electric DPS and Healer. Anais is the Healer which can also grant damage boost buff. But Anais and Violet are also not the best healer, Saeya is the best healer (Reliable healing). Even Anais is not the best healer but her buff is good and she is one of "Must Have" character. Violet can use at F0 but for Anais, you need at least F2 so she will be able to use her buff. Anais F0 can only heal so she might not worth it. But at F2, she can boost the damage. This buff works well on solo mode (The entire team get this buff) but hard to control in squad mode (only heal character will get this buff and she will only heal the lowest health character first). F4 / F6 will increase more buff power but it still work the same way as F2. But she is very buggy now. Her F1 not work at F1 / F2 / F3 but work after F4+. She will grant permanent buff for team in solo mode after swap character even she is F0. (F0 bug has the same buff power as F2)
