Can you imagine directors when they're told they're gonna make a movie with Salma in it, i bet they get diamond grade hard knowing they'll make a scene where they take her clothes off.

Nice interview - this was an impressive film - it was exciting to see Natalie talk about the creative process for this - exactly the things she emphasized here, those aspects stood out - the action was fantastic, and that mix of horror and action, combined w the intentionally messy choreography worked very well together, along w the way she was dressed, w a strange nasty sense of humor - I think she's onto something; I hope she makes a franchise like this around this great character - her acting is also very strong, balancing these tricky elements

Producing short films in your country (only) can be lucrative like tax shelter deductions and all other things that lawyers knows. So, finally a real producer work for money not for the "love" of the art like it showed in that video.

A great interview with Alan, thank you. I love the new show and watch the 4 episodes on a Friday evening. Somethings from the old show I miss, but I suppose it needed that fresh appearance to renew everything. I’m not saying anything about any episodes that have been screened as it wouldn’t be fair to any new watchers. Lovely to see you Alan and hear your thoughts. I’m off now to watch your your video with Alyse called “Sorry is the word”! A brilliant song which I’ve been watching since you first uploaded it. Many thanks indeed guys 😊

Tree Woman" by Holly Penfield is a breathtakingly intricate musical journey that transcends conventional boundaries. As a maestro in the realm of music production, my collaboration with Holly Penfield was an unforgettable experience that bore witness to her prodigious talent and the profound legacy of her vaudevillian father, Ray Penfield. Stepping into the sonic tapestry of "Tree Woman," one is immediately drawn into a mesmerizing world crafted by Holly's ethereal vocals and poignant songwriting. From her upbringing, steeped in the tutelage of a musical luminary, to her own artistic evolution, every note and lyric in this album resonates with a rare authenticity. The album, co-produced with an ensemble featuring the brilliant Paul Visser and myself, weaves a spellbinding narrative, with Holly's compelling vocals at the forefront, accompanied by the exceptional musicianship of Black Orchid Empire. Through meticulous planning and visionary execution, this album stands tall as a contemporary masterpiece. Holly's lyrical prowess, coupled with her soul-stirring performances, elevates "Tree Woman" to a level that commands reverence. The poignant melodies and evocative storytelling in each track showcase an artist at the peak of her creative powers. It's an opus that captivates with its depth, invoking emotions that resonate long after the final note fades. Moreover, the album's visual journey, complemented by exquisite video performances, adds an immersive layer to this musical spectacle. Holly Penfield's dedication to her craft and her unwavering commitment to excellence shine through in every aspect of "Tree Woman." In essence, "Tree Woman" is not just an album; it's a testament to Holly Penfield's musical legacy and an ode to the spirit of artistic brilliance. It's a collection that Tom Waits himself would undoubtedly applaud-a true magnum opus destined to leave an indelible mark on the annals of contemporary music…… great job Ray…… great job ! This is dedicated to your memory. J. B. III Senior Director, The Recording Studios London

Why was Harold Ramis the only one to clearly state what made GB special thematically? Death, the human condition, the question of is or isn't there an Afterlife? What happens to (all of) us, (including you) after we die? GB takles that with positivity (Stantz), intelligence and science (Spengler), realism (Zeddemore), and wit (Venkman). That is what makes GB what it is. So many people miss this.

I’m glad that later on Colum does name Jamie as guardian and acting chief of Clan Mackenzie until Hamish is grown, acknowledging that the clan will follow him even though he is a Fraser by name and married a sassanach and approves Claire as a good wife for Jamie. It’s sad that the arrangement was never put into action due to the fall of the clans, but knowing Colum acknowledged Jamie and Claire to that extent is heartwarming.
