Just keep an eye on your tape, you want it straight as possible-using the top of your wall art measure down and note the distance to the fasteners (some are farther down than others). Go to the wall and mark a small line where the top center of the painting is going. Measure down and and mark another small (leveled) line. Line up the center point of tape between marked fastener holes with the center point of the line and sink your anchors !

Hello, i just subscribed to your channel. A lot of your videos were helpful. I bought a LVP flooring called stanton seaview glacier because of maple slate cabinets and white quartz countertop. They described the LVP as being a mixture of white and black. But when i look at it, i see a pinkish undertone. Can you please give me suggestion of what that LVP can go with? Thanks

This is terrible advice. Ask a cleaning lady. You're going to create streaks with this method and it'll be tough to get rid of it. Use mineral oil. Food grade or butchers block. I know this seems counter intuitive. It'll loosen up and dissolve the grease and come right off. No streaks. Never use water to get rid of this stuff.

I always get confused about the 60 30 10 rule. The rule is to attach to three colours right. But i always spot a couole of more colors even on tje space that are designed by tje well known designers . Can you pleasw explain that to me. Thank you

5 star painters did a terrible job. There were entire walls that they edged and didn’t paint and walls they painted only half. They got paint everywhere, on our new stove, new countertops, door knobs, carpet, windows and our new wood floors.

You are not staining over paint...you're stripping the paint off then staining. At that point, you're staining wood. Sorry to be a jerk... I had heard someone state they had stained over paint and was doing some looking to see if I could actually see this done.
