Hmm might try magic pen boots, I’ve always gone steel caps shadow flame, or shadow flame steel caps, and shadow flame usually give enough ap and magic pen to kill him in ult combo

You’ll def be squishier but that should at least allow you to 1v1 her and if she tried trading with eclipse you can just try to wave manage her then just ghost her down and force an all in fight
