I met the drummer and EMily after their show at The Machine Shop in Flint Michigan tonight. They where absolutely great! Emily's comand of the stage, her presecece, singing where incredible. Every member of the team put on a great performance! Obviously the singer is the lead and the center of attention. She did not dissapoint! After the concert as I was leaving I ran into her and the bands drumer. They where absolutely fantastic. Emily was seductive, feminine, strong, confident. The drummers eye's where focused and communicative. They went hard the entire time. The bassist and guitariest also went hard! I have no idea how it is that a band this incredible has gone under my radar!

I like when, meaning as much as possible …when a metal song like this can just go so down and super heavy. A good good example is right before the end. I like the balance within metal I’m finding myself. My fav female metal vocalists for different reasons are Emily lazar (coming from a gothic approach, I can understand) suits her well, because of her style. And Courtney Laplante, because her voice sounds dreamlike and empathetic, she can still give that dark tone scream quality. Love both to death.
