I had to laugh because I just cooked up some Mi Tienda Bistec Norteno taco meat with home made spanish rice and Mi Tienda refried beans. I sat down to take a break and check out some more of your videos and here's Mi Tienda! 😎👍 Its hard to beat Mi Tienda for sure! The family's sitting down so you know what time it is! Cheers - Luther

I'm new to your channel and checking out your Old Smokey videos. I have a new 22 inch one sitting in the box in the garage for maybe 3 or 4 years now. Thinking it's about time I put it to work! Looks like we're practically neighbors too so that's pretty cool. Thanks for the great instruction! I'm gonna do a brisket soon. I'll use your #oldsmokey when I do. Cheers - Luther

Been inspired by your channel and just put my 18" Old Smokey with long legs and Magic Bracket together. It's seasoned and ready to go now. If you ever drive from H-town to Dallas hop off I45 in Buffalo and I'll grill you a ribeye on it.

Ive done many briskets on my 22" Old Smokey. They've all turned out great. Low and slow for 14hrs just like in a offset smoker. It can be intimidating, but just check on it.

@@tejanobbqs1989 hell yeah fam I’m an offset cooker guy but I got a old Smokey at Walmart for 16$!!!! I did a small point of a brisket I tired to do a snake method but did not work for me I’m going to try to load up some charcoal and just dump it on one side and let the meat sit on the other side. The first point I did wasn’t good but man was it easy and the color and cook time was honestly way better then an offset that takes 8 hrs.
