Thanks for sharing. I began enjoying James' work about 15 yrs ago. He had a small studio in Manhattan at that time, I believe. Nice work.

I saw an installation of this piece (1 pool) at SFMOMA in 2017. Hypnotic and beautiful, I sat and watched it for ages.

Génial travail! mais bon, c'est fou il y a toujours des gens qui n'expérimente pas le son ! pourquoi donc vont-ils à des installations sonores pour parler dessus, c'est un manque total de respect pour ceux qui écoutent et celui qui a créer cette pièce sonore!

What a great idea! Wonderfully simple, but also beautifully realised: the blueness of the pools, the brown floor between them, the different-sized bowls, the way they're kept in motion by the water... Really nice.
