I think the ganyu banner was super lucky for me I got all the promotional characters including ganyu and fischl c2

Im also f2p. I was saving my wishes for the next update. I had 77 but my impatient ass couldn't wait any longer so i decided to try and pull ganyu and I got her on Mt 3rd try. She's my very first 5 star

Your AR must be 12 or above. maybe that's the reason it's not showing up.
