First of all . . . , we have to find a way for you to do this full time. I'll leave it at that. I can't tell you how many of these videos I've watched!! I LOVE solid mahogany instruments and I've been paralyzed between the two and had JUST settle on the SM when . . . , I found a Dog Hair Cutaway!! So, on average, it attaches at the 13th fret ;--). I'll let you know how it sounds . . . I'm an SM guy for the most part--I feel it matches a blues-based repertoire a bit better. If I were a balladeer then I'd lean 15M. Please jeep posting!!

Got mine in 2016 - warm and sweet. Love the sustain, needs tuned only when I change strings.

Hello. I'm not a person who takes a lot of stage. I will use the guitar more wirelessly. Is the sound of the guitar without preamp enough or should I prefer a flat c5 cd instead? But on the other hand, I also like the idea of having a preamp. So I want to ask this briefly. Is there a serious difference between the preamp-free sounds of C5 cd and c5 ce? Is C5 ce sufficient for wireless sound?. Also, thank you very much for this beautiful performance. Congratulations.

this guitar is such an amazing instrument...it is the only guitar that, with online research, practically everyone sings it's high praises...I have yet to see any negative remarks about it....that says alot about it...sounds amazing, very easy to play, super light in weight, and so much more affordable than other high end guitars which have less appealing tone....that is why I own one...I installed the K&K pure mini pickup system...unreal tone...it just makes you want to play

Hearing you for the first time and I don’t think this is a coincidence. I bought the Martin 000-18 in August of 2023 and it has been sitting in its case pretty much since as most of my playing has been on a nylon string guitar. I pulled it the Martin from its case a week ago and the 1st string snapped on me so I put it back in the case thinking it will stay there for another year. Then I heard your guitar playing. Wonderful! I’m now inspired to pick up the Martin again. New strings have been ordered and are on their way. I should be restrung by next Monday. Your playing is wonderful. Thanks.

I’m so glad you finally did a demo of this one. You always have great feel/technique and on top of that, this is just my all time favorite guitar. It has to be one of the most versatile guitars, capable of more range than most other instruments I can think of.

That tune which you played on this guitar as well as on Eastman E1d before just doesn't let me sleep at night (the one you start to play at 04:49).
