For those who are getting the "Could't find the configuration" error: press "Windows + X". From the menu, select "Terminal (admin)" and run the commands again in the admin terminal. Ceers.

VM is not licensed or license is invalid for current VM configuration. Upload a new license or reconfigure the VM. getting this error tried on both version same issue.
