I’m 66 years old and new to 3D printing, and have watched a couple other videos on converting a logo into a stl file to print. Wasn’t having much luck until I watched your video. Had my logo done in minutes. Very clear and concise video. Thanks Jackson

What an amazing video! Thank you! Idk if you could answer this but how would one go about say adding a football infront of the name?
@jacksons3dworld5 күн бұрын
You could add that football in Canva to the PNG file before you do the SVG. Then the process should be the same. You may have to fill some hole with blocks in TinkerCad depending where you put the football image.

How long does it take to unscrew and rescrew the one near the nozzle ice been trying for soo long
@jacksons3dworldАй бұрын
It doesn’t take long to unscrew. You might need to heat up your hotend. My tube was stuck and that helped get it out.

Hi there! I'm wondering if your unit of measurement is millimetres or inches. Thank you!

Hi! When you import the SVG into TinkerCad it is mm. Once the file is loaded it changes to inches.

Nice to see a young kid working on printers like you. As a printer mechanic i can only tell you never to stop being curious and keep on learning about printers and technics. Never let you stop by making a mistake or even worse, ruin some things. Keep your head up, keep on trying and keep on learning. Good work!

How do I make or join a team on tinkercad?

You have to be on an educator account to create a class. But, to join a class you have to be on a student account. I hope this helps.

Jackson you are awesome! You made the process so easy...thanks for sharing. One question though, in Bambu studio when i ams selecting the colors i don't have that line to show where the color will change. Is that a particular setting? 7:30
@jacksons3dworld2 ай бұрын
Hi! It is one of the coloring options. Instead of using the fill bucket, you can click that color at layer option. I found that way is easier. Let be know if you don’t see it.

I haven't seen a tutorial this earnestly thorough in a long time. So many content creators take shortcuts to make it look flashy, but then I get stressed and confused and can't follow along. Meanwhile I watch this video, and there's at least three other videos worth of techniques in here. "How to make a transparent PNG in Canva." "How to convert a transparent PNG into an SVG." "How to put a border around text in makercad." and on and on and on.
