I love your video! it really shows that you prepared and studied the house you are touring, not like the others na they react wow while showing the house or they do not know the components/ materials used and they describe it as " its a kitchen" done! looking forward to watching your other vids!

2 years later after this video was posted. I wonder if the Mango tree still stands? I believe it would totally ruin the home’s appeal and uniqueness without it…. (and I wonder what is the plan should the tree wilt and dies ?)

So silly not to to put the price. It comes off as very unprofessional to Western buyers. Most people commenting speak English and they are commenting on the quality of the video...but have no interest in purchasing. I would suggest gearing your videos towards both Western (buyers) and Filpino's and Western buyers do not want to pick up the phone and make an International call just for you to reveal the price. Not trying to be rude but trying to help you. Most US buyers already know what you are doing. Your wanting phone calls so you can offer other properties if this one is not a match for the seller and to collect contact information. I would suggest not making this your marketing goal but to offer good service instead which starts with the price. Best of luck.
