You are right the church has been led astray from the pure path because of off leaders. At the same time, you are showing the problem, yet have you considered teaching on biblical alternatives. I believe that real saints will gravitate to and learn from God inspired ideas. So, pray about that and bring out something to build upon. I havnt had no issues with Roehl Transport.... Have great FMs... Get great miles..... New Equipment as well...as with any big companies no one is perfect its your work ethics that counts... Benefits are great too... To me its bitterness.... And the receipt thing thats not true as well ...

Had a bad experience with Crete. But my situation was 1 in a 1000 I bet. Clipped my mirror on a toll booth 1st week after being hired and they fired me 4 weeks later. I liked the loads plenty of time to deliver I was maxing out my 11 and making appointments 1-2 days early

The only succeeders have other money coming in from a spouse and or military disabilities etc.

Im wit prime but I went company and even as a company driver we gotta pay for our chains n stuff, I cant imagine paying for repairs n what you need done and having to oay that note every month for a truck you dont own thats diff😭 I was having a fit just paying for those chains Im never gone use.

💯% facts, I remember California had chain ⛓️‍💥 laws in effect to get over donners past to get into California. I shut it down in Reno NV until the chain laws was lifted, it took two days. My dispatcher was livid, he said chain up and get the load there on time. I told him “ chains are to get you out of a situation, not to get you into one” and I’m in a safe place, and boy was he hot 🥵. But I got that load there safely and the receiver had no problem with it. I’ve never chained up in my 20 years of driving.

I don’t know how primes terminal is now but when I drove for them back in the early 2000’s prime had a state of the art terminal there in Springfield MO. Once the drivers got into the terminal, dispatcher’s couldn’t get us to leave, that’s how comfortable it was with all the amenities.

I’m retired from trucking but my last company required a phone but the company provided the phone for us and paid for the service. I don’t think you should be required to have a phone unless the company provides it.

Well... it's still not the trucking company's fault or the driver... they had approval to cross that RR x... and possibly got stuck...he did nothing wrong... however if he had not crossed then he would have violated that permit and be on the hook for delaying that load..he did exactly what he was supposed to do.

It’s possible that the route was planned by someone or a group of people who did not have eyeballs on that particular crossing, no? It’s possible that the driver could’ve used better judgement to not cross the tracks once he saw the slope of the crossing, right? I agree with your point about the escort driver judging the distance and speed of the train. I looked at google maps, there was a curve in the track prior to the crossing. Maybe the truck and escort team were behind schedule. Maybe the railroad was never contacted by the trucking company. A driver for this same company bottomed out a low boy on another crossing three days prior to this incident. The trippy thing about that too is that the conductor who passed away in this wreck filmed the other low boy bottoming out at the other crossing
