I am an Anglo-Celtic Australian. We built Australia. 5 of my great uncles fought in WW1, 2 of them dying. One joined again in WW2, and another uncle suffered in Chiangi. Do I ask for acknowledgement? Do I recieve benefits and scholarships based on race?

Excellent review of the basic learning keyboard. The research implications can allow more meaningful investigation into the learning community. The use of outcome-based education is a hidden bias of this study.

I loved this presentation. “Fit to client” is the core problem of all intervention implementation. Is the client the individual with a problem in front of the therapist? Is it the therapist looking for a process in which they can feel competent and secure in their career? The institution looking for a process that will increase revenue, reduce cost, improve customer preference and retention? The “practical measures” shift quite dramatically.

Thank you for this resource. When I first heard about collective teacher efficacy, it didn't sit right with me as being something that can cause good student achievement (most likely is a result of a good working environment + many other factors). I'm not a scientist and it's hard for me to articulate skepticism. That blog helps me collect my thoughts.

I have no idea how this video popped up into my recommendations, but I'm glad it did. I haven't seen Mel in over 20 years, so its great to see her and to see that she's doing so well. Her research seems to focus on the less fortunate demographics of society, which is not surprising considering the type of person she was when I knew her. I hope her research helps to identify all the factors, and the potential 'fixes', that will one day help allow all kids to finish high school, and even go on to further studies if desired. Best of luck, Mel. :)

I am part of a small Group of people who started (re)searching for a reason for our condition which commonly is known as being lazy. We do not see ourselves as lazy, it's just a certain lack of interest in certain things. We have named our condition "stamatakis" because probably Emanuel Stamatakis is the only one who can understand our condition.

I am currently working with 16s microbiome data. Question: So once I transform my data, lets say by an ILR or a CLR method, I can then use a Spearman correlation to find associations between a particular taxa's abundance and an environmental variable, such a average daily gain in weight??
