I bought a a cheap scale for weighing fish at Walmart. I've got about 100 pounds of crushed cans. Yeah it took me about 2 years to get that.

I collect and recycle thousands of cans a month here in Ohio and have for years, recently I had a "Karen" accuse me of leaving trash around a dumpster while getting cans which I did not do...I said look we can either help the environment or be a whiny Karen but we can't do both.....I choose to keep canning

I’ve been recycling cans since I was about 4. I don’t make a lot of money from it, but I think it’s fun, so why not. I have friends, family, neighbors and so on saving cans for me. I have an electric crusher so I could have a trash bag of cans crushed in around 5 minutes.

this black powder /sorry but is 3 to 5 time slower than mine dry method crushing chemicals on paper on glass with glass or plastic cilynder //you do not roll you rub it /and corn it later with alcohol moistened thru sieve // p,s i use a bit less than 10 perc sulphur // 6 perc approx,, or add some calcium perchlorate // a little to kno3 than you get close to explosive speed // be careful to use in weapons //for firecrackers just use potassium per or chlorate / kclo3/4

I’m not sure if it’s sulfur or unburned potassium nitrate. When I use the same ratio of ingredients with a ball mill filled with lead sinkers I don’t have this problem.

Unknowkedgable here as ive just started. But, the iron shaft apoears to be unimportant since you don't use its full length. What I see is the sling should be anchored and release point close together. So the release string slackens as the rock passes 90⁰. Good experiment! You are both inventive and a great communicator.

To make black powder more professionally, I have seen that it is necessary: - large hemispherical sieve; - kitchen blender; - bioalcohol; - homemade charcoal preferable from poplar or willow wood; - ball mill of various sizes; - Tungsten (various sizes) and brass (various sizes) spheres; - high speed and power centrifugal grinder (to grind coal); - sieves of various sizes (from 2 mm to 75 micrometers); - vibrating sieve with collection basket; - heating plate with adjustable temperature; - metal and borosilicate glass containers; - demineralized water. In order to obtain a powder with combustion similar to this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iIW2n2WKiNCIfNU

Thank you for the in depth part list. The process shown in this video is meant to be more of a power free post apocalyptic method for when you have minimal equipment and the electricity required to power appliances like ball mills and heating plates has been long gone. Thanks for watching!

Good advise - The kid is obviously new to this -- He'll need to study a lot more, and " Gradually" Gain Experience - SAFETY FIRST ! Otherwise, He'sLikely to get Seriously Injured --( I've seen injuries happen, usually due to lack of Knowledge, and Carelessness )-

It's best to have a side project you collect cans in to smash them and rinse them out if you're living in your apartment like but you're living at home so you wouldn't have to worry about renting them out the reason why I started collecting cans again cuz I'm trying to save the world one day at a time and all these people they don't get it that the cans are money now I make sure I smash all my kin that way I can get a little extra more money out of them right now I hope you think about saving your your c a n s and to protect your Earth it's called home
