It’s allegedly because the turbo is too small. Needs a bigger one.

They’re set in the middle on the back and one click firmer on the front. Seems ok so far for the rubbish roads round here.

Nothing attached to them on the throttle body. Used pipes from the engine as the water feed and return to the turbo

Used crz cables, had to modify the gearbox cable bracket for length and then also used a crz gear stick but had to cut and re-weld the cable pivot and also add a bracket for the cable length. It was not simple. But I wanted to keep the centre console in one piece.

Unfortunate with the drive shaft, think I saw your post on the Fiesta group on facebook that is was fixed now? How is the car driving now it's back up and running on the BC's? Got Eibach springs on mine, and sits a little high at the back, so would like coilovers in the future.

Yeah second hand shaft in it and driving again. The coilovers feel a lot better to drive with, much smoother and I haven’t really adjusted anything yet. Still trying to get the height where I’d like it. Rear is sitting good. Camber to adjust, softness also. I’d say it’s an improvement, although my shocks had done 80+k miles so perhaps were due a refresh. A lot of my problems were how low the front sat which I can now set better for the roads I drive on.

Its basically a vacuum leak when the valve is sticking. My long term fuel trims are currently 18% with the valve open

I don’t understand your question? I fixed the fault, which then meant the light no longer comes on. It was a lambda sensor.

I jacked up the car put it on axel stands took of the driver side wheel took of the covers and to get to the bottom bolt on the alternator I took off the oil filter to get a braker bar to loosen the nut with lashings of penetrating oil applied and it is a bitch of a job!
