Greetings, Christian and thank you for taking the time with the Lohanu Ukulele. I was looking for any reviews on that model and your review came up to check it out. the thing is that the Ukulele was purchased before watch your review regarding to the same Lohanu model. Couple days ago I received from Amazon the same model that I purchased and is giving me the same buzz when strumming. I am going to change the strings with Martins M600 and hopefully iit will go away. Who knows maybe the Aquila strings are not the ones for him. Or may be is one of the metal fret as you mentioned during your review. Who knows could be me, still I will give it the shot and I will let you know if there are any changes with the buzz sound. If the buzz continue. It will be return to Amazon. It is too bad because I really like this Lokahu model, specially for the price and all that it comes with it, plus the Lifetime Warranty. On another hand, I own an Oscar Schmidt Concert Ukulele Model OU2TAT-A. I do the same chords and it doesn't give me the buzz with the strings (Aquila) that came with it. Once again thank you for your honest review.

I really enjoy your "bed side manner" and your honest opinions do help the selection process for a prospective buyer. Very little "fluff" or hard core sales pitching. Personally: not actually interested in an electric uke, so went with the new Lohanu spruce topped tenor.
