This printer only lasted 10 months. Motherboard fried. Goodthing is covered under warranty. Not for commercial use, only self used. Over all good printer

A fried motherboard? Sounds like you may have wet your cables and shorted it out. Did you have a leak? or had to change the printhead?

You may need to lift the pressure foot and slow down the machine.

I don't. My shop is closed 2 days each week, sometimes 3 days in a row. Recently went on a 7 day vacation, turned it on remotely and printed a small print after 5 days, when I got back there was a clog, but was able to get it out pretty easy.

Thanks for that very straight forward vectorizing procedure on simple 5-6 color raster images. However, I do like how VM DSR extracts background color that would be useless for vinyl color cutting. But that's not a problem for me being I edit most of my graphics inside either Photoshop or Illustrator. But I do use VinylMaster Pro v5 for the bulk of my sign making and really like it. Been using VMP for about 5 months now and like it very much. Thanks for a great tutorial!

Omg! Thank god I found you. I have this DTF printer and I also bought the shaker oven. I have been having problems with the white not coming out 100% :( It actually has a lot of empty spots when I print a test and when I make a design print, the back is kinda see through. Can you help? @@overflowvinyl yes, I am doing a full cleaning and then gently wipe the outside of the plates with a wipe. I have even cleaned it with the cleaning solution

@handmadechiccrafts3463 I would get in touch with tech support. They are pretty good. But check that your white ink tank is full. If this is a new printer I'm thinking your ink isn't pulling in from somewhere. If you've been using it a while then you may have a clog

I dont have any direct videos but Uninets provides software is basically a rebranded cadlink, and there are tons of cadlink videos that should help

I was wondering if u have issues with the roll feeder buckling? Everytime i try to do a print it pulls badly to one side and will not feed through straight??

I've had both. Some rolls pull others stay straight. But I dont have my feeder attached to the printer

@@overflowvinyl interesting.... when i was putting it together i noticed the pre made screw hole was way way to far over... R u happy with it bc i have been workingbin it a week now and im a mess. The masterclass was terrible... i just put the ink in tonite and did the lines and then tried to do the nozzel check and all that and the paper just keeps crinkling up. Ive been thinking of returning it bc i see a lot of issues trying to get it to print. I know its a learning curve but goodness🤣😂

@@michelleunderwood5283 I hate the roll feed... i originally wanted it to make larger prints than the sheets and machine will barely print it. I believe now.... of course after the fact if ur going to invest in one of these machines for business just get the commercial ones.

I wish it could have shown real time setup...like paper feed, rip install.... I got mine, tried to set it up and I keep getting the blinking blue lot and then it wants to spit out like a foot of paper and not print. When I try to charge the ink it doesn't recognize at all so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Tried to get tech support to help me and basically got told somebody to email me so my printer sitting with ink and I don't know what to do because I know that if you don't clean it or do the daily stuff to it which they told me oh well just run the print head. Well I can't so hopefully I just didn't waste the bunch of money.... If you have any suggestions at all, be glad for any advice

@@overflowvinyl the onboarding training they sent was for the dtf 100 so set up is a little different then the dtf 1000 ...but I got it working other then nozzle clean...when I try nozzle clean it says memory card error...mine has the roll feed and one on video was a single sheet feed...I followed the manual as well

Everything has it own set of hiccups, but I would. This printer has been an workhorse for me. Prints all day in my shop.

Faded? No. You have to play with your white ink settings. I'm at 70%

I use my printer 6 days a week so I'm not the best person to speak on this, but I would suggest changing the dampers to printhead cleaning solution when not in use.

We own a DTF Model J Fusion, it's basically a uninet 1000 rebranded, it was great for the first 3 months for us, a life changer, then every 2 months problem after problem... Here we are 2 years later with 2 dead ones and dtgpro don't know what's going on with them... Time to buy a Thunderbird p6800 I guess lol

@XicoFlores777 I've had mine about 6 months with no real issues. I print 5 days a week as I have a storefront. And I do maintenance daily. I don't know what your daily output is and what demands it would put on your printer, but I have no real issue with this printer. With all equipment, there are ups and downs, but this has been going pretty good for me so far (4 months). I print 5 days a week, pretty much from 9-5, and I do maintenance at the end of every day of use.

I do daily maintenance. Takes about 3 minutes. No issues with the white ink at all.

@@overflowvinylI tried to purchase the Prestige A3+ R. I was sent the DTF Galaxy. I found out on the back end they rebranded. My machine was defective and it was a hassle returning it even though they confirmed that it had a rare issue. I finally just got my refund. Now looking for a good affordable DTF printer
