Is this supposed to help come back to a sport early even though the MCL is still giving up from time to time?

Nice and clear. Looks like a good method. Others I have used caused the oxide tape to snap within minutes of taking to the rugby pitch. I reckon this was due to the tape coming across the top and bottom of the knee too much. Will try this next time.

Wouldn't really consider it the Y test since they touch the floor at terminal reach...that's a fail with the Y test

Treat it? Knee pain, swelling and limited range of motion. Unable to bend knee and in Ian to perform daily activities needless to say I stop al excersises

Hello, I am football player and I have knee pain. I can not to turn back my knee, it’s swollen. When I am walking, when I go from sit to stand, when I climbing stairs, I feel pain and some popping. My English is not good but I think that you can understand me. Please tell me how to heal it, can I do it? Is that dangerous, can I play football again ?

I was injured about 6 ms ago during my soccer game, I went to a specialist and they said that my injury was a 3rd grade injury with a small fracture in my bone and that within time it would reduce 1 grade ( 2nd grade) . I wasn't able to go to rehab because my Insurance expired, until today I feel like I havent fully recovered. I play occasionally but when I apply a full amount of force I feel my knee weak and it sometimes creates a cracking sound, any tips ?

I hurt my MCL too while playing soccer 2 years ago when I received a kick to my inner knee. The pain is not there but it keeps recurring when I run or play. Thanks for the tape video, I will surely try it. However is there any exercise thats helps to strenghten the muscle and sprained ligament. Thanks!

i hurt my mcl a wrestling practice, and even hurt it worst at a match. it feels like its getting better but i can tell if its weak! what can i do to strenghten them and how many reps?
