Thanks for the video but this video really seems more sketchy than the Temu itself. A lot of claims in this video that are not backed up by any sort of data, news or any professional opinions. For example, the video mentioned unethical labour. However, you don't really show a real proof on how Temu did this. Just because a factory in China is paying their employees "China's labour rate", which might be lower than the US, doesn't necessarily mean that these factories are giving them unethical labour experience. You also mentioned about buying on Amazon. How would you be so sure that Amazon doesn't exploit factories around the world that has a very low labour cost? All in all, I just believe (and it should be) that this video only made for sharing a thought/hypothesis, and not as a way to educate and encourage people. A lot of flaws in the argument given and this can really impact those factories that work with Temu to really give people competitive prices. Do better 👍🏻👍🏻

If gravity causes the tide to retract from the shore, why doesn’t the same force affect lakes or other free standing bodies of water???

Lakes don’t have noticeable tides because they’re much smaller than oceans. Tidal forces from the Moon and Sun act on a vast scale, creating significant water movement only in large, interconnected bodies like oceans. In lakes, the gravitational pull is too weak to cause visible water shifts, typically resulting in tidal changes of just a few millimeters, overshadowed by factors like wind or atmospheric pressure.
