I just made pies from left over stew that i thickened up a bit. Such versatile little machines for using up left overs. They freeze well too.

You've added water to the soup in the crockpot....for the eagle eye viewer it goes from barely covering the meatballs with a thick soup consistency to then covering the meatballs completely with a more watery liquid tomato soup....

It was tasteless and dry; I will make them again, but I will add to the recipe to give them some taste eg garlic/onion powder; worstershire sauce; pepper etc I also will double the soup and maybe even not make them as big...but thank you anyway...btw I am a fellow Australian I live in Adelaide :)

OMG ! Are you serious ? What you are doing with this is a heresy and abomination. Are you watch any of original cooking video about ragu bolognese ? And type of pasta you choose is not proper type. Worst of all, was this how you drained the pasta, precious pasta water you waste it into the sink and drain pasta by tap water. You deserved to prison. No joke.

We've not been too strict on adding green/brown/green/brown to ours, and it probably is making is take a lot longer, but when we got to use it in out tomato raised beds, it was so cool to have compost we made ourselves and not just store bought!! That looks so good guys! Congrats!! Cathy and Anita are the best Dahlia dealers in town LOL

Looking at your garden where the lettuce was going and you had problems with snails and slugs l use crushed egg shells put them around the plants,because the snails and slugs won’t go over the shell. I don’t use any commercial chemicals lam total organic it’s safer for you and your pets. Also the lemon tree looking a bit sad look for fruit fly and gal wasp spray with homemade white oil, canola oil and dishwashing liquid. Fertilise with cow,horse,sheep manure but not fowl.l hope this is helpful. Neil….

Thank you Neil. I won’t use any nasties in the garden either. The lemon tree is looking so much healthier now. It’s had a couple of good feeds since this video. We sprayed it with a mix of natural ingredients that I purchased from Vasili’s. For some reason the eggshells don’t work. I often go out at night and hand pick the snails off and drown them in oil and soy sauce.

We are only on a third acre block, but we try our best to fit in what we can. Following many wonderful KZbinrs has helped so much.
