So clean and good news on reloading. Do you have a go/no go gauge? I have seen a few videos by lemon grenade where he explained some of his gauge. 👍🇺🇲

@@unclejim2330 oh yes, he mentioned the field gauge is good to have for American AKs after copious cartridges fired. However, this one is the higher quality, you mentioned about the trunnion.👍🇺🇲

Very common problem with pre 1960 guns. At that point they reversed the threads so they tighten under recoil. Problem I have is getting the extractor out on post 1960 guns.

I love my 22lr AR builds. I just use mil-spec triggers, CMMG and black dog mags. That new mag looks really nice. 👍👍

Wow! This was fun! Something caught my attention with your Foxtrot Mike lower. When I purchased the FM 9mm upper years ago, the owner's manual stated "hammers with notches are not recommended". I built my first lower using a CMMG std trigger with that in mind. Also, the manual mentioned " no Anderson light colored or Stainless Steel hammer" possibly due to the bolt speed? Overall, I don't believe the manual has been rewritten. 👍🇺🇲

Never had a manual and both where stripped lowers but both have the same triggers. Never seen a Anderson trigger . 🤷‍♀️

careful. some modern 45 long colt are made to handle the pressures of modern powder. its why they change the measurements of case in 38 and 357. so people dont blow their hands off. 38 is longer than a 9mm but weaker (thats what she said) 357 is just a 38 made to modern powder which is why it excells in revolvers and longer barrel usually lever guns. same with 45 lc.....

Pretty darn straight but front sight slightly off center for zero. No biggy because we like a scope on the 308. Less recoil than my Saga was in 308. 👍

I checked it again and the sight post is dead straight. We moved the sight just a hair but you will have to do that at the range side to side up and down because every gun is different. 👍
