If you've never ever had an elbow massage on the glutes you have no idea what you are missing. The tightness in the hips disappears and the lower body and how well it works after, the knees etc., is amazing.

@RobertGardnerWellness1 and that is exactly why we are so attracted to it. You get results in a most "non-massage" way. Success speaks for itself. Thank you for pioneering this for us. This class also reinforced to me that the "sky mat" is much more versatile than I realized. Make today a great day!

I've learned to love brisket. It's cheaper and perfect for smoking. Chuck roast is diverse but brisket has more fat so I wind up smoking several each month. Tacos in central TX are big so I make lots of those for family.

@RobertGardnerWellness1 Tacos have been on my radar for over 65 years. ANY will do. TX does know how to make them a signature dish. NM uses lots of hatch chilis to add flavor to their's. SoCal adds Baja flavors. Southeast MO doesnt have a signiture as of yet but we're getting a new San Felipe style restaurant soon. Im anxiously anticipating their opening. We do however know how to smoke a great brisket!!!

So all tequila comes out of the still a higher proof. That's why the high proof is often called "still strength". Then a blanco is diluted down to 40% apv or 80 proof. The major attraction to a high proof is that, being less diluted, there is a much stronger agave scent and flavor. So yes, all blanco is technically a watered down version of the high proof. By law, tequila must be 35% apv for Mexico and 40% for the US and the max is 55% apv. 'Top-a-tio' is known for it's traditional manufacturing processes. Carlos Camerena and his family has made tequila for many generations using only agave they grew themselves. He and his brother Felipe have given us Tapatio, Tequila Ocho and G4.

thx for the info @jj903hunter glad to see someone knows more than myself. Over time I've learned to love still strengths and I feel their more vibrant and nuanced than the 40% versions. Happy to chat tequila with you any time. :)

@@RobertGardnerWellness1 I'm in the middle of my quest for agave knowledge. I recently started enjoying tequila for the flavor instead of the buzz like I did in the 80s and have been soaking up every tid bit of knowledge I can. I am still expanding my palette but Tapatio and Tequila Ocho are some of the top tequilas for me personally. One of the biggest tools I've used to advance both my knowledge and palette is the Tequila Match Maker app. It allows you to learn everything about a tequila you like and identify other similar tequilas you may like. You can also get and give reviews by other consumers. 👍🏼

As a Thai massage practitioner myself, this man has way too much ego to really sink in to the sacredness of the practice. Me, me, me s alI I hear. Notoriety, tips, drinking beer while practicing, "license to touch a girl" etc. no humility, no class. As a thai practitioner we are just as much a student than the client. I would never fully let go and trust him to open because of this. Id have hesitation and resistance to his movements. He knows many moves (so many of us do) but talks so much it disrupts the flow and doesnt honour this ancient practice in its fullest. The "clothes on option" remark is ridiculous tbh. Gwin from Zenthai is a stunning and knowledgeable and humble teacher. Thai is so much more than just releasing and opening the body, which is where this man ends his practice.
