Finally found a decent video with all the required details! Thank you! Just a few quick questions, it's my first time in singalila in Dec, how many layers are required? 4 or 5? Have never been in minus degrees before! Also, from where do I get a guide for red panda sighting? I am staying at a Kalipokhri homestay, will it help in anyway for bird and panda sighting? Or staying at gairibas is recommended? Looking for your guidance! Thank you for this video again, this has answered lot of my questions already :)

Hi, I absolutely love the videos and have been binge watching them for the past 30 mins! Just wanted to let you know that I believe the bird that you labeled as Slaty-breasted Rail is actually a Baillon's Crake. Keep up the great content, I look forward to more videos!

After shrilankan frogmouth, the next bird u had describe as Indian Scoop's owl (brown morph) kindly rechak it with Oriental Scoops owl as OSO has bright yellow eyes and ISO has dark eyes. U can see both the difference in your next photo of ISO.

Thanks for this video. Since I am from the area I would like to point out couple of things. Valparai is pronounced completely with “i” in the end. “Para” has different meaning than “paarai”. Also Annamalai pronounced anna-malai is another name for Lord Shiva. But the hills you mentioned is Aanai-malai which means elephant-hills.

Thanks for correcting. We love Valparai 👏

Sir which is better to go for birding? thattekar or periyar? or munnar?
@pallyplanet Жыл бұрын
Thattekkad is the best destination for birding in South India. Periyar and Munnar are also good but can’t match the varieties that Thattekkad can offer. If are interested more about birding locations in India please visit www.pallyplanet.com. Thank you
