I live in a renovation project. Been about 3 years, and I’m making strides. But I want to sell the place and make money eventually, so I can’t fix everything. I always think to myself, “I hope they don’t think I did that.” The newer flooring in the house isn’t worth tearing out but they couldn’t even keep the gaps under the trim. The rooms with drywall that doesn’t need to be replaced has the electric boxes cut out so big that I can’t find covers big enough to hide it. I can’t justify fixing it, but man is it hard to stare at.

I think it's good to keep a little grout powder to fill potential pin holes.

Hopefully, it doesn't sag in the middle

Yep. One time I felt the mezzanine walkway at a hotel was too bouncy and I flat told my husband that I was suddenly terrified there would be an earthquake and it would collapse. He and my BIL Both laughed at what a spoiled bitch I was, BIL said" my whole company is staying here". Still we left.
