PSA is ridic, no way that Bird is a 9 and many other cards made no sense. Grader hungover

There's one that can hold 340 psa card's cost 299.00 and more and lately I've been looking for one to separate my vintage baseball from the baseball set's I'm putting together. I'm doing a 1973 topps baseball psa 8/9 grade , 1974 topps baseball psa 8/9 340 card's total and , 1976 topps baseball psa 8/9 , but I've been offered to do a 1960 topps psa 7/8 and a 1958 topps psa 7 . Topps baseball company use to make card case's that held a almost complete set and 56 topps master set gray back and white back card's. Any chance being able to make a case for 400-500 card's to hold psa.

The Dennis Rodman is definitely thicker on the left so I don’t know how they are grading these but I just submitted my first two submissions to PSA and I’m kind of worried. I may stick with SGC.

Ok so just from your videos my two cents - pippen - centering white specking on the dark area by his head, Bird - card is slightly off cut and white on the back corner as you mentioned, Rodman clean back pretty good centering, reggie white spot on bottom border bottom left corner edge, jordan base crazy heavy centering and white edges on back, jordan all star off on the back edges are bad terrible centering, bird 2nd year centering, huge defect on the back and front surface looks to have micro scratches, bird is not a little its a lot back corner is damaged. i dont see a problem with these grades... not sure why it would be dissapointing

one other thought.. are you looking at the cards under a 10 loupe? asking because you re-examined the corners but didn't say anything about the edges which are harder to assess with the naked eye.

not sending in modern w/ older cards is a reasonable theory. what I wouldn't do, though, is submit cards for someone else w/ my cards. that is, unless they are all in a condition comparable to your own cards. my theory is that the presentation of your submission (new semi-rigid holders, new penny sleeves, same type of holders and sleeves) along with some consistency with the cards you are submitting will give you a higher floor. I am into vintage where conditions fluctuate wildly and this, I believe, has worked to my advantage.

Whats the rational with not sending 90s cards with modern cards?

Feedback: the reason why you didn't get Jordan buyers at show was because your cards are not really sought after. at shows, collectors/flippers want the 80s Jordans (86, 87 Fleer and 85 Star), not any 88s, 89s, or 2000s. also they're not rare late 90s inserts. you have literally 'junk' cards. tho that one insert was pretty cool. good collection.

Prices already at 10.5-11k…it will just keep rising eventho the product is stupid

3000 boxes means 6000 autos.. not only is not limited, this makes it the least rare of any autos he has by a longshot

Excellent Video, and you said it perfectly to what the situation is with this product.... so many pushed it and simply in the long run it wont be worth much. Base autos out of Chrome originally started selling for 7k, now down to 2k. I've seen a Jersey Auto /99 from Mercury sell last week for under 2k... Topps have killed the market already BTW - 56x 1/1 cards in Mercury... Wemby definitely holds the record for the highest amount of first year 1/1 cards....

If Wemby turns out to be the next LeBron, people won't care if this is licensed or not. Game used Wenby auto relic and auto Wemby guaranteed. If you by a NT, Immaculate, or a Flawless box, you aren't guaranteed jack squat. That's why this product sold out....upside and potential. Someone made a point about Panini making multiple card brands if Wemby was with Panini. Topps decided to make one huge brand just for Wemby. And yes, 3000 boxes

PSA sucks. I quit sending to them after the same bs. CGC and SGC actually grade correctly

This submission definitely is not a PSA issue. Most the cards you sent in were grossly off centered. Personally I thought you did pretty well in the grades you received. I do hope you sent these cards strictly for PC purposes and not for trying to make any type of profit.. even all these coming back 9’s prob isn’t recouping the grading cost.

PSA should have to tell the reason for the score they give. A checklist for each card. That would make sense i think. Probably what they do anyway I don’t think they just wing it however that’s debatable by some of the cards I’ve seen.

What would be the reason not to grade new and older together? I just sent a pSA mix of 1980’s and Early 2010’s, and then current. My worst grade was current. And card looks perfect. I got better grades on 1985 Topps black border football cards. And got all 9’s on 2010’s cards.

Jordan is Pretty off Both Top to bottom and Left to Right. That's why it is a 7. Nothing to do with the rest of the card. I have been Regularly Grading for 24 years. Sometime you just know that the card isn't going to get better than a certain Grade based solely on One Issue. Centering is a Pretty easy one in a lot of cases. For example, I usually know if a "Gem Mint" card is gonna ba a 9 Mint at best because of the Centering. I hope this helps.

Who pays to grade 1989 fleer? And he also says he picked the best centered cards, but within a nanosecond of him showing it, i saw that they weren't centered. LOL

That was my advice!!! Thanks for the shoutout. Those 80’s cards are sharp amongst each other, but not necessarily against brand new Skenes crispy fresh cards. You should see slight improvement by separating by years/eras. I generally use 2000 and up and seems to work better for me. Good luck. Keep up the good work

How? Easy you're letting a grading company who owns a Auction house that their bank name is under. It's easy to grade low to keep pop #'s down so when you psa buts high graded cards or god forbid grades their own cards higher puts more money in their pockets along with Beckett . Not hard to understand both grading companies Auction House's aren't the same name foe a reason and it's not well we might get them crossed up at the bank it's to low ball you to pad their pockets .Should not be legal to own both! PERIOD!!!

the 6 and 7s could have creases on the back but imo non of those are actually worth grading

this is the exact reason i dont send my cards for grading waste of money that 7 was a ten for that year it seams the older the card they automatic bring the grade down i see this on every video card holders do its crazy that people still send thier card to a scam stealing mney i bet when they grade thier cards they get 10 tens cause i seen ten graded by psa that are 6 its a scam

I love these types of videos because it furthers my narrative that there is no real difference between a modern PSA 9 and 10. Unless it is way off centered, nobody can really tell the difference. Which baffles me that people continue to a premium on a 10 when they can get the same looking card MUCH cheaper in a 9. For example that Fleer Jordan PSA 10 goes for $200+ where the 9 goes for $30. No one can tell the difference between these cards but the 10 is 5X more? Lol

The junk wax stuff is always tough tho grade. Cool cards though!

Stop whining about it, you know the older cards are harder to grade and honestly it all depends on the grader that day. Also cracking a low graded card to sell raw is a slimeball move, I hope you ruin the whole thing trying to crack it. 😂

I grade a lot of 80’ and 90’s. I have learned never to send in with ultra modern. Seperate the wemby’s and wait for a few others and split into seperate orders. I agree that some of those 90’s cards of your were sharp, but when the grader looks at them vs Wemby’s they just look mint and not gem mint. Against each other, a few would have gem’d. And whose to say joe blow doesnt sneak in his back pocket a '86 jordan that will grade a 6 then the day comes that a '86 fleer jordan comes in looking a 9 or 10 grade . Joe blow has been waiting for this and does the switch-a-roo .Customer gets back a grade 6 saying i dont remember that ding corner ( yea because it wasnt there) and Joe Blow sends the stolen one in to psa to grade under an alias name .Gets it back 9.5 . .5 taken off for having stolen fingerprints on the front. Your asking what do we see but we arent using microscopes and we cant see the surface. But, let me yell from the roof tops!!!! As long as we allow grading companies to have their own Auction houses . If they grade cards lower that means the pop stays low. That means they grade their cards higher to get premium prices.Makes Sense!!! The grading companies should be made iilegal to sell in any form just because you use a different name should not matter.
