Self serving women are no better than self serving men. Narcissism allows the self serving to make excuses by projecting responsibility onto someone else. If you live in fantasy world with enough flying monkeys to validate your lack of empathy, anything is possible. Hence the world we live in. It took a long time for me to identify and except the self server I had been giving Narcissistic supply to. If you're not sure just say " no" they will show you who they really are, regardless of whether male or female.

True what you say, however this agenda will need synergy with other members of the health team such as doctors, social workers and administrative staff of institutions to make it work.

Thank you for your comment Victor. And you're absolutely right. This agenda needs synergy. I've been advocating for a Relationship-Centred Care approach in healthcare, that takes into consideration patient, clinician, team, organizations, and community. This post sums it up and I'd be happy to discuss further with you aliveinhealthcare.com/what-is-relationship-centred-care/
