You don't get to hear a bass voice showcased very often. And he's a good one.

My father would take me over to Asheville to hear the gospel groups sing in pack square. They were outdoor concerts. I was under 5 years old but I remember when the Statesmen were there it was standing room only. I would fall asleep on Dads lap listening to this group. Wonderful memories.

For those who may not know, Roger Bennett also sits at Jesus' feet. He was called far too early, passing away from leukemia in his mid forties. He was truly another blessed gospel performer with more talent than a lot of us. Of course, our talents are not all the same, and we are all richly blessed with talents in other areas. Thank you, Lord Jesus.

it was 1986-87 I saw the Cathedrals in person. They were the first Southern Gospel quartet I ever heard. They were my introduction to Southern Gospel music, it has been my favorite music ever since and the Cathedrals is one of my top 2 Southern Gospel quartets, the other is Gold City from the same era!

I'll never forget being a part of this now-classic video recording, back in January of 1987! What an honor! How in the world were you able to get a license to post and monetize the video?

JD was definitely an amazing singer. My PaPa sang so low he could break the glass in the house and we were outside! Granny said honey, we don’t have the money to buy new glass. We’re going to have to go away from the house! lol

God pulls together His lyricists and musicians from various ethnicities. The Cathedrals and others have given us, under God, an amazing array of music that fits any occasion from the highest to the lowest. I am a quartet enthusiast and the Cathedrals are very high on my list. Glory to God for their excellent Music Ministry that keeps touching souls globally.

The Cathedrals bring a quality and consistency that is difficult to surpass. God touches their music and one can still sense the presence of the Holy Spirit in their ministry.

It's on my bucket 🪣 list to travel to the Khutzeymateen Sanctuary and photograph the grizzly bears. Can not find too much consistent information on traveling there, though. Would like to see a video on driving the Yellowhead Highway, too. The drone is OK, but would appreciate seeing how rough or exposed travel is on highway 16.

I bought a 1976 Cadillac Brougham D’elegance! Chrome WHEELS! Talisman interior package, one of only 71 ever produced, and it had to be ordered one year in advance. When I got this car from the dealer in Santa, Anna, California, I thought to myself this must be a pimps pride and joy! When I got back home to Phoenix, within a few days, people were honking their horn Jen asking me if it was for sale ? I only paid $12,000 for that car and sold it for 25,000 in less than two weeks ! The new buyer was a collector in Scottsdale, and when I drove it over to pick up my truck, he had his crew go all through the car looking for scraps of paper, etc.. He found the original window sticker and all of the registration records. This car was owned by some Gospel, singing clown with a Ridiculous looking white Afro! His name was Roger McDuff. Any real preacher would not be driving around in something like this. I could tell whoever he was he was absolutely full of shit! And I found out what he look like, and then told the whole story pure garbage.

I think you are confused between two famous concert videos by Sandi The Let There Be Praise concert was filmed live in Nashville, Tenn. and released on tape in 1987 and The Make His Praise Live Concert was filmed live in April of 1989 and also released on tape in 1989. The Make His Praise Glorious concert was filmed in Dallas, Texas.
