See description, Guitar Pro should open the file as well. Maybe Tuxguitar as well, not sure> Tab is not exactly as I play it. Tab can be downloaded here as powertab: www.gitaarspel.nl/zappasofa.ptb

What is the tuning sir?
@haraldkollАй бұрын
Good one, the tab doesn't mention it in the playback. It's Drop D. Tommy isn't into alternate tunings much. Unless it's standard tuning, tuned down, or standard tuning, either it's drop D, or sometimes (like Tall Fiddler and Cowboys Dream) Open G6, so DGDGBE. Can't think of any other tunings in his case.

Very nice arrangement. Ironically, I just started playing this, finger style, very recently after not hearing it for decades. Used to sing it with various bands over the decades. Thanks! Thanks for the tab!

No, fire goes under the wok, not in it. Or did you just decide to go ahead and burn your dinner directly, to cut out the middle man so to speak? Good job on the JA piece, nicely done. Good video treatment as well. Kudos!

Michael Hedges played one that looked like this one, with that curved top neck, but his had a round(ish) sound hole. Nicely played - hard to do this one without it edging into muzak...

What Chuck Berry LP is that song on?

Search for "Chuck Berry question" yields several collections on Spotify. There are two different recordings of it that I've heard.

I love this! It has such an "early music" feel, but then it has that phrase that is Akkerman. But Mr Koll is that really a "harp guitar"? I thought they had several more courses of strings of various sizes and at several angles?
@jimedenbaum25257 ай бұрын
Ooops - never mind. I just realized as I hit enter I'm thinking of Metheny's Pikasso guitar. I do love your playing, and I will check out your other videos....
@haraldkoll7 ай бұрын
Basically any guitar with extra strings that are not fretted (even if it's only one) is a harp guitar. This one has 9. The only traditional one I can think of with more is the Gibson U harp, and even that one wasn't a fully chromatic octave down I believe. I recently managed to get a steelstring harpguitar as well, check out my arrangement of Eleanor Rigby!

Mooi album is het geworden Harald, ook mooie bijdragen van Peter en Hanneke. Witte Wieve is toch wel een van mijn favoriete.❤
@haraldkoll9 ай бұрын
