Keep up with it, do Schroth and core exercises. Time passes by fast, soon enough you can say goodbye to the brace and the long term benefits will outweigh the challenges you faced. You are stronger than you know.. you got this! 💪🏼

Sleeping is the last of your problems, the first day is hard but then (for sleeping) it’s ok

I had surgery on my spine my spine was shaped like an S and because of surgery I can do things better without pain because my spine was curved into my right back muscle so my back hurt every time I bent over and did some work it felt like my back was on fire and then one day I went to the doctors and my doctor said that I might need back surgery and I was like heck yeah I had to deal with this pain for 2 years almost I’ve been healed for a whole year on June 19th I think I had my surgery on that day

Now I’m stronger than I was when I had scoliosis and now I can do things that would bring me pain when I had my spine curved in my back muscle
